A Reservation Manager / Property Designee is someone you trust to help manage your property on MuchoShare.

This could be:

• 🏡 a family member
• 🤝 a personal assistant
• 🛎 a concierge partner
• 🔑 a caretaker or on-site contact
• 📅 a booking coordinator
• ✨ another trusted representative

By assigning this role, you’re giving that person permission to help manage specific parts of your listing based on the access you approve below.

Depending on the permissions you grant, they may be able to:

• 🏠 Create and manage your listing
• ✨ Update amenities, property details, your Welcome Book and your booking iCals
• ⭐ Respond to guest reviews
• 📅 Manage bookings and guest communication
• 💰 Create and manage bidding opportunities
• 🎯 Send custom or personalized offers

If commission terms are enabled, they may also receive compensation based on the percentage you approve.

Your Control Matters

This role is designed to help you delegate day-to-day tasks — not transfer ownership or full account control.

Your designated manager cannot:

• ❌ claim ownership of your property
• ❌ take control of your payout ownership or banking details (unless separately authorized)
• ❌ override MuchoShare platform rules or protections
• ❌ act outside the permissions you approve

You remain the property owner and maintain overall control of your listing, permissions, and account.
